i have never taken very much VCO.
for me i take probably a tablespoon a day. i know others take 3 tablespoons a day - but for me that is just too much. i get results with a smaller amount.
also i use Sea Salt - not idonized Sea Salt - just regular Sea Salt and i think that also helps!!!
