This is true and also not true. It's true in most cases because most people don't know how to eat well, even if they think they do. In this case, like anything else that feeds candida, fruits will also feed it.

However, if you take a juice fast or you go on a raw diet, fruits are great. Why is that? It's because candida are only a symptom of an unhealthy body. Once you make your body alkaline and healthy with 'natural hygiene' methods, the candida goes away.

The problem with eliminating fruits (which I did for 8 years), is that you never corrected the underlying condition (dirty blood / autointoxication probably) and your body will just break down somewhere in the future and eventually the candida will catch up.
