I continue to learn from you Newport, I really do appreciate your posts and information..

So I bought the Magnesium Malate last week- it might be a quality issue (?) but I got Nature's Life Magnesium Malate 1,300 mg-- it's got 200 mg of Magnesium and 960 mg of malic acid...
I've been taking 1 of them, 3x a day, with food

This morning, I found all 3 of them, partially dissolved, in the coffee enema!
Obviously not absorbed! ???
