P&B stands for Psyllium and Bentonite clay. And I'm sorry I don't know the exact protocol for applying it. Someone on this forum does so maybe we can ask for a bit of help finding it.
The alluminum may indeed be in a non-digestable form but I wouldn't trust putting it in my body. Alluminum absorbs water and flouride whether it's digested or not.
The Healing Earth products are supposed to be pretty darn good. So the only thing I could say is try it and see how it goes.
You don't need prolonged use of the probiotics anyway. One or two bottles usually re-seeds the colon quite nicely and once re-seeded they multiply on their own so no need to continue the product.
