Hello,
1. Allergic reaction and doubts on being allergic
Alergic reaction is reaction of the immune system. It is triggered because
strong detoxifying power of wheatgrass juice woke up immune system cells on
presence of some toxic compounds your body is exposed to.
2. Why cleansing this way?
It is the problem of power of your other organs or parts of the body
( urinary tract, colon, liver ) are still not prepared to such excretion of the
toxins.
3. What should you do?
3.1 If you have any daily intake of food that could have influence on
aditional toxification ? I would reduce ( eliminate ) such intaking
( processed food, White Sugar , alcohol , coffee )
3.2 I would go on with detox process but in steps.
First I would focus on colon , kidney and liver and
provide them organic raw juices from vegetable and juice
( twice a day ).
3.2.1 In the morning ( very early to catch the Liver Cleansing cycle
after night excretion and balancing processes
during sleep )
half liter ( at least ) of mixing carrot and spinach juice
3.2.2 Before the evenening mix of carrot and Celery juice ( at least half
liter)
I would do that for at least 14days.
The result or goal should be:
twice a day excretion from the colon ( if you still hae problem than
I would consider enema but this is unnatural and go with this
in extreme situation )
After that I would go on with wheatgrass juice.
3.3 I would also include regular recreation or aerobic movement where
you would also include sweating as excretion process.
Aerobic movement should be at least so intensive so that you trigger
deep breathing and higher heart pulse.
If you have constipation problems I would not recommend sauna.
A lot of energy and positive presence among all of us.
Kind Regards
Ivan,
