I think I have a problem with digestion as raw fruits and veggies come out looking the way they went in, along with occassional diarrhea. I eat mostly raw, havent had great digestion since I became sick four years ago. I have been taking the alkalizing drink-substituting eggshell calcium instead of C.H. and now my digestion is even worse with lots of undigested food and very loose stools. Am I doing something wrong? This is very distressing for me because I can feel my health slipping and it took me a long time to get to this point after being sick for so long.

Do you recommend raw or cooked fruits/vegetables?
