just curious what would be your intake recommandations for cleaning the colon with p&b shakes. (how much for how long? before, between, after the liverflushes)

what about effective microorganisms to rebuild the "good guys"?

and a question iam still asking me for a long time....here in germany there is an earth product called heilerde ("healing-earth").
its a kind of powdered loess, brown in colour.

one incredient is aluminium in the form of "Alumosilikaten". they say the body wont absorb it because its in a very difficulty soluble compound. but iam not sure....

on the other hand its a very popular product, well know for many years, i never heard of side effects and so on...

so is it good to use it?
