It really seemed as though I had to force myself to keep drinking water when I was trying to drink half my body weight in ounces. Especially without working out too hard (when you need even more to keep detoxing), I it was a chore. But it did help. Have you tried leaving out the other herbs and just dealing with the Clarkia ?
