Hi Nokia,

Xrays cost over $600, MRIs cost usually around $1000. So your doctor is not out of line unless of other circumstances. Making these diagnostic tests does not guarantee any results but could help eliminate the chances of having certain diseases and possibly pin point an area of concern.
