Hi aslanlight, Dr essawy is my dentist also. i had my filling removed about 8 months ago.
The reason he says to avoid regular garlic,leeks,and onions, is that he found them to be high in mercury..

But he did say you are able to eat these if the are bio-dynamic. There's a shop in london called planet organic. and chicken is actually ok to eat has long it is corn fed, most shops sell this. also eggs are ok. has long they are cottwold bar eggs. They sell these in waitrose.

Did he not give you a sheet of paper explaining this, i got one
