yep i do get a small amount of coughing that comes and goes but i dont get constipted or dirahea anymore i have one to two bowel movements a day i just get gas irraited intestines cant take supplemsnts or probiotitics and cant eat high fiber due to the leaky gut i also get real hungry after meals especilly at night i think its wise i get a paratiste test done dont you?
