I was sensing already that it was time, and ok, to back down from 10 drops. 5 has a nice feel to it. Am not an authority on this stuff, but one thing that I do know is it's a good idea to 'listen' to what your body and brain tell you sometimes. Plain 'ol intuition isn't a bad thing. But am also mindful of the words of other on things like usage, etc.
