Hi,

I woke up this morning with a mild discomfort/pain on the lower right side of my abdomen. My temp is normal and I'm not vomiting. My first thought was this could be the beginning of an Appendix problem. If this is my Appendix (and I'm really not sure at this point) what can I do right now to prevent this from turning into a trip to the ER? Only thing I can think of is to take some ES to flush my colon. Does anyone have any good advice they can give me assuming it's my Appendix?
