Many believe that what is printed on those safety sheets is purposefully written to frighten people from ingesting truly healthy amounts of iodine. It's apparent that most people, absent knowledge concerning iodine, would be taken aback by reading such jibberish and avoid Iodine as if it were the plague, when quite the opposite is true. Many folks have reported ingesting over a gram a day for several days straight, and are doing quite well, including myself, T, our #1 Jarhead, and the late Nobel laureate Albert Szent-gyorgyi..
