I am also on day 5 of the master cleanse. I vomited yesterday morning and today from the salt water flush. I feel really bad because normally when I get sick, I can just have crackers to settle my stomach but of course I can't do that. I really want to see this thing through without quitting. I read that sometimes the body tries to digest the salt water and that it is really bad for you so I think I'm going to stop the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and start taking the tea before bed and in the morning instead. I hope I can still get the same benefits. Has anyone done the cleanse without the SWF?? If so, please let me know how it worked out.
