Just wanted to give a great big THANK YOU to everyone who's posted so far, it's really appreciated and I'm going to go to the health food store this weekend to pick up some of the items mentioned :)

so far this month skin seems to be settled - although unlikely to stay this way throughout the entirety of my cycle, I'm trying to stay as de-stressed as possible and cutting back on dairy....
