Hi everyone,

Even though I'm in pain, I can't seem to stop writing here.

When I was in the hospital, my son called me during his lunch break to tell me of an incident he had at work. One of the nurses commented that “something smells in here” when she entered his office after he had just held a group session in there. He came to the hospital immediately after work for me to tell him if his breath was bad, and my husband and I immediately noticed that it was. He was so upset and depressed.

I let him vent out his frustration and pain as he told us that it was so hard for him to have to stick to this “bland-tasting” choline diet, and how he feared so much to stand close to people in case his smell returned. After he vented, I asked him what he had eaten, and he confessed to having eaten half of a large pepperoni pizza the day before. He had just finished his weekly cleansing and intestinal restoration, and then he ate the pizza.

Fortunately, he went home and did a mild cleansing again, took a significant dose of acidophilus, charcoal and chlorophyll, and it cleared up in a matter of hours. I suggested that perhaps he might want to treat himself to a “forbidden” food on his last day of his work-week BEFORE his cleansing and “intestinal restorative” regimen. Let’s see if it works for him. If it does, he’s going to feel much more satisfied.

This is why I think it would be great for the members of this forum to exchange low-choline diet ideas.

Yesterday when I got home, I entered my son’s room and was very pleased to see that IT HAD NO ODOR! Thank God! Later that evening, one of his friends, who is a heavy smoker, was visiting, and the only smell in my son's room was that of his friend's cigarette-breath. In the past, my son's odor in his room was so strong for so many years, that his friends’ cigarette smell was undetectable. I highly recommend to people with Body Odor to not smoke because that only further adds to their Body Odor .

Gotta go.
