Thanks for your input - it is the first time that I have heard anyone complain about the recipes.  However, I must say that may sources of supposedly healthy recipes, such as the much respected AICR who has no cancer industry connections, continue to post recipes that have one or more of the ones we watch for in our earlier post.  I suppose some may have escaped our notice - and that is why I said I would appreciate you and anyone else taking a look at all of our recipes and letting us know what changes you think should be made, as well as what recipes you think are unhealthy and why.

The website is a labor of love that I work on constantly.  Yeah, it has some adds, but that is really not the point at all - and I think that should be plain when you see how much free content I have placed there.  Heck, I wish more people would buy stuff - but I am no Mercola or Trudeau and so I really don't push the products much at all.

And don't take too dim of a view of Luella - those who know her will tell you that she is one of the special angels on the ground and a treasure to have and know.
