Thank you, that helps. I'm going to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow since it is a weekend and I don't have to work. My only concern with the Master-Cleanse is having to be at work while doing it and trying to drink warm salt water. Does the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) work faster than the tea?
