Honey, I don't measure....I am quite liberal though and have used those oils neat on my skin. I'm using the 10% Helichrysum and Patchouli full strength. I've also used them directly on my skin too.

I swear, my skin has never looked better. Both of those oils have amazing properties for the skin.

The smell? Well I guess they smell strong, esp the Patchouli, and I'm using them day and night. But I discovered Golden Champs, which is the essence they use for Joy perfume, and I've been using that as perfume. No one has sniffed at me at work, except to say I smell good.

I'm so jazzed about this world of essential oils. It's fascinating to me.
