Vegans as well as everyone else need to use basic common sense. First of all, the parents should have tried living off that apple juice and soy based diet before they fed it to their baby. Second of all, I have never heard of anyone picking soybeans off plants and eating them in a raw form. If you can't pick it off a tree, then why would you eat it? There are many toxic and suspicious ingedients in grocery store foods today.
