Thanks Jeff. Yeah, I figured it was something like that. I've always had a problem with constipation-always, my entire life. I drink tons of water and eat lots of fruit, and just had a colonic done a week ago. I take herbs as well, for elimination. Nothing works. lol Not sure what else to do. Do you think sitting in a sauna would be beneficial for ridding my body of toxins-I believe I have SO many.... I did eat a salad today, and my arms are a little itchy. :(
