I've heard about saw palmetto - have you noticed any improvement using this?

the serum is news to me, do you think it would help with my neck acne? I was told by a cosmetic surgery place - specialising in dermabrasion/peels and light therapy that neck Acne was an indicator of stress....

has anyone else heard this?
