I was responding to Neomi who said if you have LGS fiber makes it worse. Sorry for the confusion.

I definitely think it is good to scrub out the colon while taking antifungals. Think of it as Kill/Sweep/Replace & Feed:

Kill w/ antifungals (& enzymes!--try Candex)

Sweep the dead stuff out with colon cleansers (use INsoluable fiber if you have LGS, if not soluable fibers OK but maybe get one that has both insoluable and soluable because they have different benefits)

Replace with acidolphilus (I personally think acidolphilus sporenges is the best) & Feed with chicory inulin.
