Hi,

I'm writing because I have recently begun work to heal my Inner Child. I realize now that I have been a victim of child abuse and have largely ignored it throughout my life. I realize that Yoga is a practice that works on many levels and I have been practicing Yoga for close to 3 years now and I am curious as to how to incorporate or to fully and pro actively use the practice of yoga to heal my inner child.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
