AH I must've misunderstood, I do not have LGS or IBS I simply have an overgrowth that causing me extreme fatigue and other such symptoms. I have no other troubles with my bowels other than the fact that I do not "go" enough.

So really all I was wondering is if the Colon Cleanse or any of its ingredients could in fact harm my candida cleanse somehow by feeding the candida, or anything similar.

Also do you think I would benefit from Lugol's solution as far as my candida cleanse goes even without LGS? Or if there's maybe another more appropriate way to deal with it?
