My main source of Acne is the chin, which chinese medicine says is attributed to hormone imbalance, specifcally testosterone. I had my hormones checked and sure enough, I have a testo imbalance. I am taking saw palmetto for it, which helps alot. (In general, this board advocates natural methods; I wouldn't take birth control pills/synthetic hormones or accutane again. And only Antibiotics for life-saving emergencies).

The hair growth may be a testo clue. If testo is your issue, there is also mariani's transformation serum, which is a topical form of estrogen and progesterone for acne.

Also, Antibiotics tend to give people candida, which also can worsen acne.
