These jerks. That's all they know is "root canal" and crown and x-rays, to cover 75% of their income. I had one dentist mention root canal as a remedy on a first visit also. I looked him in the eye and said that I'd have the thing extracted instead. He propsed the argument about saving the tooth and I told him I didn't care about that and that if I ever needed an extraction and he didn't want to do it, that I,m sure I could find someone who wood.

Quack dentists, which comprise about 85% of them, are on every street corner. Like the cancer doctors, their greatest money-making tactic is fear. That's because, like a tiger stalking it's prey, they can sense weakness in most of the chattel which pass their thresholds. Someone's got to pay for that new x-ray machine. I had one fe-male dentist refuse to even look in my mouth because I refused x-rays.

WTF do I need a GD x-ray for ? It's yet another f*ing scam.
