have you ever tried or considered liver flushing? If your liver is congested, it can cause many many health issues, from zits, itching, rash, constipation, indigestion, insomnia, loss of hair, hormonal imbalances...just the fact that you have used different types of medication over the past years, not to mention the birth control, would indicate that you would benefit from flushing...
