I found it under the weightloss forum, but the person said it was originally in the Diet and Nutrition forum, maybe?? It's sooo easy, I had to give it another go. This time I added the fiber to it and then put some coconut oil and cinnamon on it. Very yummy. I need to give it a break though, I don't want to start to "react" to it.
