btw i am also feeling calmer today, could be since I got rid of a bunch of the mucoid plaque last night, or could be because of the 4th day of fasting. I am not as... aggrivated?? or anxious... its like a background negativity always humming is slowly working itself away. Its nice :) I was driving in traffic, and just let things be without judging as much... much slower to anger.
