what about niacin? I been on that..could that be toxins releasing out of skin...when i rub my skin on arm it seems fuzzy stuff comes. did notice a dark like fiber on my face which i thought was a hair but it came right off..

none of the morgellons pictures i looked up doesnt look like me..and as far as skin crawling..it doesnt seem like its under skin..it seems like something is on surface of skin..
