interesting you just mentioned the back, because I was just thinking about that. Even from sitting you can develop some carpel tunnel like symptoms. I teach yoga and do massage. Many people are mis diagnosed and even get surgery all the way up their arms for poor posture.
have you been to a chiropractor? try that and find a good yoga class to attend at least once a week and you can practice at home. Also, when you are at work make sure to stretch even at your desk if you need to. just pay attention and if you start loosing focus on what you are doing take a minute or two to stretch out. lunges and stretch your arms and neck rolls.
CD can cause many bodily tingling because of nutritional deficiency. your intestines get so gunked up that they are not absorbing the nutrients. that is why celiacs should be on a good probiotic after the years of bacterial overgrowth in the intestines.
also, don't forget the omega 3's. the make the coating around nerves. nerve impulses can't travel right without it.
