I am also alternative medicine addict, just hate doctors because had very bad experience with them.
As for proper bacteria in my intestines, is it possible that because my frequent fasting and coffee enemas I deprived from bacteria my intestines?
I thought about CD because nothing else makes sense, and I have bloating and gases after bread, oats. The other alternatives to tingling is my spine, but I'm having pain in my abdomen often what would be strange just because of spine I guess.

BTW how to make B12 digestible? I started recently take one table daily but maybe it's not enough.
