For your dark circles did you look into kidney and adrenals? I did a couple Liver Flushes thinking that was the "reason" for my dark circles. My dark circles may lighten up a little bit but nothing dramatic. I just kepted reading dark circles relate to adrenals and kidney. I browsed in the iodineforum and found Newport's adrenal drink mix using potassium chloride and celtic Sea Salt which are electrolytes. Lack of electrolytes are possibly a cause for puffy eyes and/or thryoid.

I have read several post of improvement in eye area because of Lugols internally and mixture of coconut oil/lugols as well as balancing the electrolytes including Sea Salt bathing and sunbathing.
