"touting your anti-science rhetoric"

Actually much of what I post is not anti-science rhetoric... the rest is common sense.

The problem is that when someone sees their livelihood threatened with an apposing view the fight or flight response is engaged.

Since we are dealing with someones livelihood in many cases, the fight response is the one most often expressed.
