Do I understand that since CASK is the "calcium associated serine kinase" referred to in the article you posted, that you are agreeing with me when you say that "the mutation affects a kinase"?

In addition, Ca2+-regulated signaling proteins involved in synapse formation and lack of dendritic growth have been implicated in ASDs (autism spectrum disorders).

Also check out calmodulin (calcium modulated protein) and the role it plays with the brain formation of actin and tubulin... well while you are at it, the calmodulin and microtubules along with the lining up chromosomes in the DNA.

Just about any endocrine disruptor will have an affect on calcium metabolism and thus, the function of calmodulin... things like mercury, Bisphenol A, Ethers, phyto and xenoestrogens, Phthalates, dioxin, etc. etc. etc.

Interesting stuff. and probably why you think it is so easy to misdirect people with the linear thought process of a vaccine initiated issue...

The vaccine CAN be the trigger.. the straw, what-have-you, at any rate, it is a contributer to the cause and an issue.

Take a vulnerable adult or child carrying a near maximum toxic load of who-knows-what and inject them with the vaccine... the body loses its ability to stay ahead of the toxic load and short circuits... or in worst case scenarios the patient dies. Oh well... they did not get and die from the flu, measles, mumps, what-have-you.
