Hey --

Two things that cleared up my skin were/are oil pulling (see the forum here) and Iodine (see the Iodine supplementation forum here). Please write with questions, but try both of those things in addition to what you are doing. Very helpful.

I do believe that skin conditions indicate that there is something going on with the basic organs of elimination (liver, kidneys) preventing them from doing their job. Try some basic liver flushing, and the salt-water flush, to get that stuff clean so they can process waste rather than the skin.

But -- OP and Iodine were really helpful for me. I used to not leave the house without makeup/concealer, which I haven't used or bought in a year or so. Both are cheap and easy to incorporate.
