I personally disagree with him to some extent. I think you should be doing cleanses and lot's of them. My experience with a naturopath was that she recommended a bunch of supplements that she sold..cost me 300 bucks and were useless. Some were even dangerous IMO. Never heard of them. Did you buy the supplements from him?? I wouldn't be surprised.
