I'm eating fresh cilantro every day and I've heard about it mobilising but not removing the mercury. There are foods we can eat that will, like tomatoes, potatoes, rhubarb and some others I've forgotten so if you're eating them as the same time it should be fine. I'm not feeling any worse than I usually do and I can tolerate it.
You could also use Chlorella; I've ordered some and am taking Environ capsules.
I raised the question of mercury going into the brain during chelation with my mercury free dentist Dr El-Essawy, who was one of the first to pioneer Amalgam removal and chelation and he says the the mercury comes out of the brain after Amalgam removal fairly quickly and that chelation doesn't move it in there.
