Maybe this empire is on its' way down . Perhaps that is why Jim Cramer and many others are advocating so many stocks from Brazil and other third world countries.

If Mtnn has his way public employees who are already overpaid and have great pensions will get paid 200k a year , hastening the decline of this country.
