Good luck with your OJ Fast, CandidaInContext! I recently completed a 32 day Juice Fast. The first half of the fast I was juicing fruits and veggies. The 2nd half I eliminated all fruit and was juicing nothing but greens. I used Oxypowder , Salt Water flushes, and Enemas to keep everything moving. I was still able to remove lots of Candida with ACV Enemas at the end of my fast. I didn't see any Candida come out of me unless I was doing an ACV Enema. So I don't know if diet alone will be enough to knock back a serious case of Candida. Let us know how it goes.
