oil in the food industry is a big problem. soy and canola - crap! try to find a good ceasar dressing with no soybean oil. same with mayo. i used to be a huge best foods/helmans fan.

hey V, along the same lines as you just mentioned, do you think a little seaweed would be good with iodine supp or not?
