I havent done any cleansing in quite awhile now.
Im confused though..you have up ALL Sugar for two weeks, right?
But now its ok for you to eat fruit?
Just wondering how that all works.

It would be very difficult for me to give up fruit as its a main part of my diet. I honestly dont know if I could do it. I already give up so much. No bread, no junk, no meat. I love fruit!

I could MAYBE (maybe) give it up for a couple weeks if I knew I could go back to eating it afterwards, but I dunno.

Its confusing to me, I was always taught fruit is one of the most healthy things we can eat.
