hi tom....I was wondering length of time people take charcoal, do some take it for weeks at a time, or is it more an intermittant remedy for a day or two when feeling overburdened with toxins? I've not taken as many per day as I'd like yet, and not consistantly.

(btw- earlier this week my blood pressure went up again due to parasite cleansing. I took a tsp cayenne 3x that evening, and all was okay again. I love that stuff!)
