I have also downloaded the document and yes it is excellent, if you have cancer or are recovering this is definitely worth downloading. The information is very thorough and he obviously knows his stuff, he has researched it very well. I could not believe that chemo can weaken the heart, but co-enzyme q10 can counteract this side effect. He mentions melatonin, vitamin c, essiac tea, ginger and loads more. He also tells you what doses and what interacts with what.
