Yeah, it's tough because I started eating some of the "okay" foods and am having some recurrence of symptoms. Should I ask her if she has an actual candida vial? I showed up w/no food allergies , but oddly enough, a granny smith apple tested poorly (which is supposed to be okay for candida diets) and a sweet potato tested okay. Confusing. I do think she's righ about the supps she's giving me etc...what do you think? Should I trust her for the supplements, but go my own way on diet? I'm just not sure how/what to eat. Thanks at least for your sympathy/empathy--
