With a clogged up "chemical plant" a body doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell of being healthy.

Cleansing isn't but one component in a holistic lifestyle, but a necessary one, and liver cleansing does look to be on just about every list ones sees.

I TRIED taking milk thistle and yellow dock with a clogged up liver ... it HURT ME!!

Do it your way ... *shrug* ... maybe you know more than alternative health experts.
