i've been on this anti-candida diet for three weeks now, not eating any dairy and no fruit, being really strict. i ate a lot of nuts for a while but became terribly constipated! i barely have one bowel mvmnt a day now, and am taking magnesium to no avail. i don't know how to do an enema, nor do i really want to, and psyllium just stops me up and bloats me even further.

help.

also! if anyone knows who i can see in San Francisco to help me with this diet/process, I'd be most obliged (bear in mind that i am a poor student).
i'm doing it on my own and need some guidance.
