Hi Mistral,

CoQ10 is a very powerful supplement and many are giving it credit for their newfound health.  It's full name is CoenzymeQ10.  The beauty of CoQ10 is that it works on a cellular level.  It aids numerous body functions:  The metabolism, blood pressure, the heart, cardiovascular issues, mitochondrial disorders, neurological disorders,   It alleviates the side effects of cancer treatments, and I have even had people tell me that they attribute their cancer healing to CoQ10.  Research has indicated that it is very beneficial to take CoQ10 while taking statins, as statins lower the body's CoQ10 by as much as 40%.  And I do hope that nobody is taking statins, this is just a side note.  In fact, when the statins first came out, doctors were told to prescribe it in conjunction with CoQ10, a directive which was totally ignored.

I recommend everyone, even the healthiest of us all, to include this supplement in their daily intake.
